Explanation	Method whereby spins that are moving at a constant velocity along a gradient are rephased by virtue of a reversed or inverted gradient pattern. The resultant waveform results in every second gradient echo being rephased, or "flow-compensated"

Explanation	After performing slice selection, an additional (readout) gradient is applied in the x-direction (orthogonal to the slice select gradient), in order to localize the signal. A Fourier Transform is then applied to the resulting signal to determine its frequency components.

Explanation	Algorithm which takes a signal and reduces it to the sum of sine waves with frequency, phase and amplitude. Determines the strength of the NMR signal at each frequency.

Expansion	Full Width at Half Maximum
